This Refund Policy describes how Numont Abell Ltd (“Numont Abell”, “we”, “us”) handles payments and refunds for Monorail App (mnrl.app). By purchasing or subscribing to any plan, you agree to this policy.
1. No Refunds
All payments for subscriptions, plans, credit top‑ups, and any other purchases made through Monorail App are final and non‑refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
Partial subscription periods or unused time.
Unused or expired credits.
Downgrades or cancellations made before the end of a billing cycle.
This applies in all circumstances, including (but not limited to) changes of mind, non‑use of the Service, or dissatisfaction with AI‑generated content, which is inherently variable and may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected.
2. Managing Subscriptions and Downgrades
You can manage, downgrade or upgrade your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
When you downgrade or cancel:
Your current paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
You will not be charged again after the current billing period ends, provided you have completed the downgrade or cancellation before renewal.
To avoid being charged for the next term, you must complete any downgrade or cancellation before the renewal date.
3. Freemium Tier
Monorail App provides a freemium tier so users can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan.
New or returning users are encouraged to use the freemium tier to:
Test features and workflows.
Assess whether the Service fits their needs and usage patterns.
Because a free option is available for evaluation, all subsequent paid purchases remain strictly non‑refundable.
4. Billing Issues and Unauthorized Charges
If you believe there has been an error in billing or an unauthorized charge on your account, you should contact us immediately at support@mnrl.app.
We may ask for additional information to investigate the issue. While this policy states that we do not provide refunds, we reserve the right (but have no obligation) to issue a credit or adjustment if a clear billing error on our side is identified.
5. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where required, provide additional notice.
Any changes will apply to future purchases after the effective date of the updated policy.
